Tender No. 1/2012
IOTC office (general Co.) /Basrah declares bidding
for purchase or build a tanker with below
mentioned requirements:
1- Deadweight of 6000 mts and over.
2- Year of build is 2011.
3- One vessel required.
Other required specifications can be obtained from
IOTC office (Saad square, opposite Basrah
University) by a non refundable sum of 200,000 ID.
All those wishing to participate, please arrange
your offers by two envelopes (technical offer and
commercial offer) and state on envelop tender name,
number and closure date.
Commercial offer must contain deposit sum of 1%
of offer value by endorsed cheque or letter of
guarantee issued by approved bank in Iraq. Any offer
that doesn't fulfill all above requirements
/specification will in disregarded. IOTC is not
obliged to accept lowest offers.
Last date of offers delivery will be end of working
hours on Monday 23/Apr/2012. Party which will
win the bidding will borne charges for bidding publishing.
No contract can be made until Ministry of Oil approval
is granted in order to release the fund and
all participating companies can attend offers opening
date.

Lukoil, Mid-East Limited,
a designated Operator for the West Qurna (Phase
2) contract area in Iraq, is developing the West
Qurna 2 oilfield under the development and Production
Service contract signed with the South Oil Company
of the Iraqi Ministry of Oil.
Legal entities, domestic Iraqi and
foreign companies having experience of Design ,
Supply, Installation and Commissioning of training
rig and provision of training service required which
are allowed the legislation of the Republic of Iraq
and/or by their country of certification to perform
its activities in the Republic of Iraq may participate
in the Tender.
Companies acting as Applicants shall
meet the following minimal qualification requirements
specify in tender documentation including:
-To have an experience in manufacturing
, supply of training rig during the past five years
-To be able to provide guarantee
period for goods in the terms of twelve months from
date of installation of the goods or a period of
24 months from date of delivery of the goods whichever
period expires first.
-To have an opportunity to obtain
required bank guarantees to secure contract performance
under the contract
-To have valid ISO 9001 certificate
and certificates of conformance .

Iraq Ministry of Oil establishments
invites to bid for supplying Lab materials for drilling
fluids, in accordance with the conditions and specifications
, which can be obtained from the purchasing department
(IDC ) Headquarters in Baghdad . The bidder will
pay (100.00) One hundred thousand Iraqi Dinars for
tender documents.
Whoever is willing to participate
in this tender from Supplying Companies , manufacturers
or their authorized representatives should submit
their offers in two sealed marked “Technical
& Commercial” respectively tender’s
name ad number should be written on each envelop.
